tao - theology and organic assessorship

This is a group of lay-persons, all of whom are educated in theology and some other discipline, like teaching or psychology, who seek to accompany poor communities, offering a theology from the new, holistic paradigm using language which is accessible to popular culture. They combine their studies with work in the Base Communities, whether it be offering courses like the ones in the Baixada Fluminense, or giving assistance, or publishing texts like the ‘Mistica do Animador Popular’ booklet (Atica, São Paulo).
